Confidentiality Principle 1

The data implements a strict confidentiality mechanism to achieve the absolute responsibility and commitment of the customer

1. Customer information is strictly confidential, and special confidentiality measures are taken according to the special requirements of customers.

2. Any customer information will not be disclosed to a third party without the customer's permission.

3. All documents have strict internal confidentiality measures, and there are confidentiality agreements and restraint mechanisms and authority mechanisms.

4. We have independent data protection measures and mechanisms for electronic data files, setting passwords and automatic destruction mechanisms for abnormal access.

5. We will keep the customer's temporary data for 4 weeks. If the customer has no demand, we will completely destroy the data and it can also be deleted immediately according to the customer's request.

Confidentiality Principle 2

In order to ensure the security of customer information, a strict confidentiality system has been formulated

1. According to customer requirements, sign a confidentiality agreement with the customer when signing the translation service contract.

2. Without the written permission of the client, no copy or reproduction of any content entrusted by the client for translation in any way.

3. During the translation process, any non-designated personnel shall not approach or consult documents related to the designated translation project.

4. The typist or typesetting staff shall not privately copy the materials entrusted by the client for translation or disseminate it through the computer network.

5. The handover process of the document processing flow must be carried out in strict accordance with the company's relevant regulations.

6. Do not disclose the source, type, nature, background, etc. of customer information to any non-related personnel in the company or external personnel of the company.

7. After the translation is delivered, the translation and computer archived files will be disposed of in strict accordance with the customer's requirements
